Incendo hires Adam Feigen

Feigen will be responsible for developing Incendo's slate of TV movies and drama series.

adamfeigenMontreal-based producer Incendo has hired Adam Feigen to the newly created role of development executive.

Feigen, formerly the executive in charge of development of scripted drama at CBC, will be responsible for developing Incendo’s slate of TV movies and, in particular, drama series, which the company is looking to expand, according to the company’s head of production and development, Ian Whitehead.

Feigen will be based in Incendo’s Toronto office and report to Whitehead.

Prior to joining Incendo, Feigen most recently served as the director of content at Achilles Media, and before that as manager of development at marblemedia and production associate of original drama content at Shaw Media.

Incendo is currently in production on season two of Canada/France coproduction Versailles, which the company produces alongside Zodiak Media and Capa Drama. The first season of the series was produced on a budget of $40 million, with the season two renewal coming one month ahead of the season one premiere. Season one of the series has since been acquired by Netflix and Ovation TV in the U.S., as well as Amazon Prime in the U.K., and Channel One in Russia.
