Former Toronto police officer turned TV producer Calum deHartog has signed with the Creative Artists Agency.

DeHartog, whose producer credits include Cracked, a character-driven police drama from White Pines Pictures and screenwriter Tracey Forbes (Flashpoint) in development at the CBC, will be represented by veteran TV creative and programming exec Rob Kenneally at CAA.

DeHartog and Forbes are also near to completing a first draft of a feature film adaptation of a Vietnam-era short story by Dennis Lehane that deHartog will direct.
