Carrie Stein, EVP of global production at eOne Television is leaving the company.
Stein will exit the global entertainment studio in June, a representative for eOne confirmed to Playback Daily.
Stein joined eOne in 2012, and has since been responsible for packaging and overseeing production for international coproductions and expanding the company’s TV output. She is based in the company’s L.A. office.
Stein served as an executive producer on The Book of Negroes for CBC and BET in the U.S. and most recently developed and oversaw eOne productions including Cardinal for CTV and Ransom for Global.
In other eOne news, the company announced this week that it had inked a deal with industry veteran Brad Weston to launch a new global content company. Makeready will develop and produce original features and TV for all platforms.
