The newly appointed federal Minister of Canadian Heritage, Steven Guilbeault, was welcomed by the country’s screen-based media sector on Tuesday, Nov. 26, at a reception hosted by the CMPA and Insight Productions in Toronto. The Minister took the time to meet with producers, broadcasters, union leaders and a host of other senior figures from across the industry.
