In the lead-up to MIPTV, Distribution360 is bringing TAC.tv from Montreal’s Salambo Productions to Belgian broadcaster RTBF.
The original French comedic shorts (181 x three minutes) from creator Michel Beaudet will air on the RTBF over the next three years, though the series has also expanded with English shorts.
It’s also one of the two comedy series that D360 is bringing to Cannes next week for MIPTV, along with its recently acquired Kids In The Hall: Death Comes to Town (8 x 30 minutes) for which it has international distribution, excluding the US, New Zealand and Australia.
Also on D360’s MIP slate is lifestyle series Ghostly Encounters (83 x 30 minutes) from Logan Hill Productions, which looks at ordinary folks and their paranormal experiences.
The slate is rounded out by the company’s kids and youth offering of live-action animated quiz show Skatoony (39 x 30 minutes/13 x 30 minutes) including its web games and online videos, as well as action reality series Splatalot (26 x 30 minutes) from marblemedia, along with format rights and online videos.
