Tricon Films & Television has done some schedule remodeling down south, landing three of its home reno series on U.S. specialty.

HGTV U.S. has picked up the three first seasons of Marriage under Construction (39 x 30, produced by Tricon), while DIY Network nabbed Family Renovation (13 x 30 from Ocean Entertainment) and House of Bryan (13 x 30 from SI Entertainment). All three series currently air on HGTV Canada.

On the production front, Tricon is hard at work on several series, including the third installments of Sanctuary, which follows the exploits of Dr. Helen Magnus (Amanda Tapping) and her quest to protect monsters, as well as The Next Star — a 13-part series hunting for pop stars-to-be under the age of 15.

The producer/distributor is also working on the fourth installment of Marriage under Construction.
