Ayres, Ohashi tap Leo Burnett Mexico for five-day Kellogg job

Partners’ Film Company director Geoff Ayres teamed with dop Rene Ohashi for a five day Kelloggs shoot through Leo Burnett Mexico. Editing was handled in the u.s.

Ian Leech served as director/cameraman for Ford with agency Young & Rubicam. The shoot lasted six days and post was handled by Andy Ames at Panic & Bob.

George Willis and dop Rebecca Ross presided over a three-day shoot for the Ontario Lottery Corporation. The agency was Gingko Toronto and the editing duties were fulfilled by Steve Manz at Partners’ Post.

Blink director Matthew Badger and dop Glen Keenan spent a day filming a spot for Mohawk Carpets via MARC Advertising. The editing was done at North Coast by Ray Tragesser.

David Wellington spent three days filming three spots for Kellogg’s Special K through Leo Burnett. Derek Vanlint and David Franco split the camera duties while David Hicks handled the cuts at Panic & Bob.

Dale Heslip directed and Simon Mestel doped a one-day shoot for Quaker Cereal Bars through Harrod & Mirlin/fcb. Post was completed by Bruce Copeman at axyz.

Circle director Robert Turner shot one day with dop Ron Williams on an icbc spot through Palmer Jarvis ddb. Deb Tregale at Coast Mountain did the editing.

Steve Colby acted as director and dop for mts via O&M Calgary. The two-day shoot was edited at Jayne Morris-Berry Editorial by Jayne Morris-Berry herself.

Director Louis Lyne and director/dop Gillean Proctor worked together on a two-day McDonald’s shoot with Palmer Jarvis ddb. Lyne directed the live action on the spot with dop Brian Murphy, while Proctor handled the food shots. Lyne also did the editing at Cycle Media.

Angel Films director James Hyslop shot a day for Buckley’s with dop Jim Scott. The participating agency was Publicis smw and post was completed at Optix by Calvin Grant.

Generator director Allan Mestel presided over a four-day shoot for the Toronto School Board that was direct to the client. Geoff Lackner served as dop and Dave Rheaume edited at Generator.

Derek Case directed and shot a Chrylser spot in a day through bbdo. Tiffany Case edited at Generator.

Alan Marr helmed a five-day shoot for Drug Trading via Two Door Communications. Camera duties were split between Nicholas Allen-Woolfe (four days) and George Morita (one day), while Robert Alldis handled the edits at Generator.

Mestel and Case split the directing duties on a three-day Swiss Chalet spot. Mestel worked two days with dop Morita, while Case shot the food portion of the spot on the remaining day, acting as his own dop. The spot was made through aclc and edited by Rheaume at Generator.

White Iron Productions’ Rico Labbe directed a two-day spot for the Alberta Milk Producers via The Ventures Group. Craig Wrobleski was behind the camera and editing was handled by Jeff August at White Iron Digital.

The Big Film Company dispatched director Ron Campbell and dop Gavin Smith for a Marineland spot filming over a day. The spot was direct to the client and James Taylor edited at Big.

Rhett Morita took on directing and camera responsibilities for a day on a new Tide ad through Saatchi & Saatchi. Editing was handled at Flashcut.

Rhett Morita was at it again, shooting two 15-second spots in one day for Quaker Oatmeal with agency Harrod & Mirlin. Editing was completed by Taylor at Big.
