Bell Media, Motion Content renew Where To I Do? for season three

The greenlight comes ahead of the wedding venue show's season two premiere on Gusto.

Bell Media Studios and Motion Content Group have renewed their vows to Where To I Do?, commissioning a third season of the wedding venue show ahead of its season two premiere.

Set to debut on May 7 at 9 p.m. on Gusto, season two (8 x 30 minutes) again sees Canadian design expert Tommy Smythe helping couples look for their dream wedding venue. According to a release by Bell Media about the new seasons, Where To I Do? was the number-one Canadian series on Gusto for ages 25 to 54 last year.

Where To I Do? is one of two projects produced as part of Bell Media and Motion Content Group’s original programming pact.

The agreement was first introduced in September 2017 and sees Bell Media Studios create and produce series in-house, while Motion Content handles international sales.

The other project introduced as part of this pact is Dog Tales Rescue, an unscripted TV series about the Ontario-based animal rescue and adoption organization, Dog Tales Rescue and Horse Sanctuary. Prior to both show’s premieres last year, Dog Tales Rescue and Where To I Do? were renewed for second seasons. Casting on season three of Where To I Do? is already underway.

Following Where To I Do?‘s broadcast on Gusto, new episodes of the show will be available on Gusto’s YouTube channel the day after broadcast. Season one of the show also streams on Crave, CTV.ca and the CTV app.

Exec producers on Where To I Do? include Jennifer Couke and Michelle Crespi for Bell Media Studios and Martin Oxley for Motion Content Group. Couke and Crespi also serve as exec producers on Dog Tales Rescue alongside Motion Content Group’s Melanie Darlaston.
