Partners Film, a Toronto-based commercial production company, is looking for an eager, organized, dedicated, and intuitive candidate to fill the role of Office Coordinator. This entry level position is ideal for a highly organized and enthusiastic individual looking to gain exposure to the Production and Advertising industries. This is an in-office position.
Responsibilities
* Work in office from 9am to 6pm
* Seamless operations of the front desk and office
* Greet and welcome visitors in a warm and professional manner
* Maintain the phone system and answer incoming calls
* Assist with Executive producer tasks and run errands on the fly
* Manage office supplies and place orders when necessary
* Help with any scheduling of meetings
* Manage all incoming and outgoing couriers, mail, and other shipments
* Coordinate with production crew to manage purchases returning to the office
* Coordinate management off-site studio - deliveries, services, production oversight, general studio maintenance (would involve time spent out of office, and in studio)
Desired Skills and Experience
* G2 or higher driver’s license required
* Previous administrative or office experience
* Interest in commercial production
* High energy, friendly, positive can-do attitude
* Experience working in a fast-paced, creative environment
* Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities and juggling many different projects simultaneously
* Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud preferred (i.e. inDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator).
