Image Entertainment has renewed and expanded its output deal with Entertainment One and its subsidiaries, and on Monday inked a new deal covering some 3,000 titles that will run until 2012.
The deal will see Toronto-based Entertainment One hold the theatrical, home, TV and digital rights for Image product. Its subsidiary Paradox Entertainment will handle the home rights, while Seville Pictures will distribute to the other sectors.
Seville will launch Image titles including the Mena Survari-starrer Stuck, seen at the Toronto International Film Festival, and Re-cycle from the Pang Brothers. Also on the list are a remastered version of The Last Emperor and My Name Is Bruce with Bruce Campbell.
‘This deal is another major milestone in building our Canadian library and distribution infrastructure,’ said Seville co-president David Reckziegel, in a statement.
