Bravo! has unveiled a January schedule that includes new episodes of Dirt, plus one-hour docs on Canadian artists. The tabloid drama is staying in its Friday 10 p.m. spot — with repeats airing Saturdays at 11 p.m. — and this month will feature guest appearances by Jennifer Aniston and celebrity blogger Perez Hilton. This coming Saturday at 7 p.m. the arts cable channel will air My Beat: The Life and Times of Bruce Cockburn, which details the life of the Canadian music legend, and features live performances of some of his hit songs. On Sunday at 8 p.m., The Space I Have Seen…A Portrait of the Architect Pierre Thibault will explore Thibault’s work and creative process.
Montreal Jazz Festival 2007 will run Tuesdays at 7:30 p.m., beginning Jan. 15, with performances by some of the artists who appeared at the festival, including Molly Johnson, Sophie Milman and Randy Bachman.
Synchronicity, on Jan. 26 at 7 p.m., will highlight the musical collaboration of pianist/composer Heather Schmidt and cellist Shauna Rolston. Panych Plays! , a one-hour documentary profiling the two-time recipient of the Governor General’s Award for Drama, Canadian playwright Morris Panych, will air Jan. 30 at 9 p.m.
Meanwhile, Bravo!Videos will continue airing Fridays at 7 p.m., followed by Bravo!Fact Presents at 7:30 p.m.
