Hugh Dillon, Evelyne Brochu join Camp X

Orphan Black‘s Evelyne Brochu, Hugh Dillon and Jack Laskey are top-lining Camp X, the Second World War spy drama from CBC and Temple Street Productions now shooting in Hungary.

Brochu is to play an undercover specialist and Dillon, reteaming with creators Mark Ellis and Stephanie Morgenstern after Flashpoint, is part of a group of Canadians, Americans and British torn from their ordinary lives to train as agents in an ultra-secret training facility on the shores of Lake Ontario.

Laskey joins an ensemble cast that includes Warren Brown, Dustin Milligan, Connor Price, Lara Jean Chorostecki and special guest Francois Arnaud (The Borgias).

Eight one-hours of Camp X are shooting on location in Budapest, Hungary until the end of the October, ahead of an early 2015 debut on the CBC.

The drama is a Canadian-Hungarian co-production, produced by Temple Street Productions and co-produced by Pioneer Stillking Films.

Camp X is executive produced by Ellis and Morgenstern, Ivan Schneeberg and David Fortier and Bill Haber.
