Cameras roll on Bomb Girls movie as cast, drama take a final bow

The cast of Bomb Girls has returned to a Toronto set to shoot the final TV movie to allow the Second World War drama from Muse Entertainment and Back Alley Film Productions to bow out.

Shaw Media commissioned Bomb Girls –The Movie as a working title after deciding against ordering a third season.

The TV movie will star Meg Tilly, Jodi Balfour, Charlotte Hegele, Ali Liebert, Antonio Cupo, Anastasia Phillips, Michael Seater and Peter Outerbridge reprising their original roles.

No word on the budget for the two hour film, which is shooting in Toronto and Hamilton through Nov. 20.

Janis Lundman, Adrienne Mitchell and Michael Prupas are executive producing, with John Calvert producing.

Donald Martin penned the script for the telefilm, which Jerry Ciccoritti is directing.

The TV movie is distributed worldwide by Muse Distribution International.
