Gearing up for the Gimli Film Festival this summer, On Screen Manitoba is announcing a call for submissions for the Rogers $10,000 Pitch.

The third annual pitch competition is open to all Manitoba residents, including writers, directors, producers and others, and all project genres will be accepted.

It’ll take place during the fest on July 22, when finalists will have three minutes to pitch their project to a panel comprised of industry pros and audience members. They’ll then receive feedback and the winner will take home a $10,000 development deal with Rogers.

The Gimli Film Festival takes place from July 21-24 in Gimli, Manitoba and the competition is only open to Manitoba residents. For more information, head over to www.onscreenmanitoba.com.
