Hoping to decipher the mystery behind flickering lights and doors slamming and locking on their own, Big Coat Productions is entering production on new factual series Paranormal Home Inspectors.

The series is shooting across Ontario starting April 8 through July 7 and is still in the process of casting families for this first season.

Paranormal Home Inspectors centers on the team of psychic Nadine Mercey, home inspector Brian Daley and paranormal researcher Michelle McKay, as they use their tools and know-how to get to the bottom of unusual activity, and the owners will decide who to believe and whether to stay.

The series is produced by Big Coat’s Catherine Fogarty and Maria Armstrong, and will air on Investigation Discovery (ID) August 16th at 11:00 and 11:30pm ET/Midnight and 12:30am PT
