BuzzTaxi launches MIPTV lineup

Factual distribution company BuzzTaxi’s slate for this year’s edition of MIPTV in Cannes promises everything from design and foodie-friendly series to spooky historical one-offs.

Sibling Rivalry (13 x 30 minutes, HD) is the first series to come from a new deal inked between BuzzTaxi and Cream Productions. Produced for W Network, it revolves around 30-something twins Dan and Nikki Hall and their friendly design rivalry.

Untamed Gourmet (six x 30 minutes, HD) is also getting its international debut. The series from Regina’s 291 Film Company for APTN looks at the connection between food and land.

Also on the slate is investigative archaeology series Secrets of Christianity (six x one-hour, HD) from Associated Producers, exploring the fact and fiction surrounding Christianity; two new factual specials from MDF Productions for History Channel Canada: The Real Vampire Diaries (one hour, HD) and The Real Jack the Ripper (one hour, HD); and Uakari: Secrets of the English Monkey (one hour, HD) from Gryphon Productions.
