Peace Point Entertainment continues to push new media components, with the latest a recipe generator app that features TV chefs Anna and Michael Olson.

The mobile app for Apple’s iPad, iPhone, iPod Touch, and the Blackberry and Android-powered smart phones, will launch in spring 2011 after being developed via the CMF’s experimental stream.

Dubbed the ‘Olson Anytime Anywhere Recipe Maker’, the digital application will exploit the indie producers’ existing relationships with the Olsons through their Sugar and Fresh With Anna Olson TV series.

The mobile app uses ‘taste algorithms’ to allow users to select from a pre-existing list of ingredients to create new recipes and customized meals.

Peace Point earlier developed the Bump! Travel Guides mobile apps based on a gay and lesbian TV travel show, and featuring travel tips, GPS mapping and video clips for an initial dozen cities.
