Hot Sheet: She-Hulk demand rises for season finale

Prime Video's The Lord of the Rings: The Rings of Power season finale also saw increased demand for the week of Oct. 10 to 16.

Disney+’s She-Hulk: Attorney at Law ended on a high note, with its largest share of Canadian audience demand yet during the week of its season finale.

Starring Regina-born Tatiana Maslany, the superhero series (pictured) was 24.95 times more in demand than the average series in Canada for the week of Oct. 10 to 16, according to Parrot Analytics. That number is higher than the previous week’s 23.01 and its season premiere rating of 18.7. The series, which had its season finale on Oct. 13, landed at No. 3 on the digital originals chart and No. 6 on the overall TV demand list for the week.

Meanwhile, Prime Video’s The Lord of the Rings: The Rings of Power season finale, which aired on Oct. 14, appeared on the digitals chart at No. 5 for the week, with an increased rating of 20.99 compared to the previous week’s 18.89.

Netflix’s Stranger Things remained at its top spot on the digitals chart and at No. 3 on the overall TV demand list with a 30.28 rating – a slight decrease from the previous week’s 30.15. Hulu original The Handmaid’s Tale came in at No. 2 on the digitals chart and No. 5 on the overall TV list, with a 26.9 rating – a slight increase from the previous week’s 26.48.

Disney+’s Andor ranked at No. 4 on the digital chart, with a viewership rating of 23.54 – an increase from the previous week’s 20.65. The prequel series to the Star Wars spinoff film Rogue One also appeared on the overall TV demand list at No. 10.

HBO’s Game of Thrones continued to top the overall TV demand chart with a rating of 40.08 – an increase from the previous week’s 35.94. Its prequel series House of the Dragon followed suit on the chart with a No. 2 slot. The HBO series was 34.85 times more in demand for the week – an increase from the previous week’s 33.43. NBC’s Saturday Night Live saw a 27.9 rating for the week, landing at No. 4 on the chart.
