TVO, OTV about to begin their first project

TVOntario and Shanghai-based Oriental Television, which signed a partnership agreement in September 1994, are about to coproduce their first project, a one-hour cultural documentary about Toronto and Shanghai entitled A Tale of Two Cities. Two versions of the documentary will be produced, with each broadcaster editing its own version.

A Tale of Two Cities will begin production next month and is scheduled to be completed by September.
