Suzan Ayscough, vp Alliance Productions, left the company Nov. 17 to become director of communications at Telefilm Canada.

Also at Alliance, the company is planning a restructuring which will bring the tv and international divisions more closely together.

Word is out the partnership between Alliance Communications and MDP Worldwide, Mark Damon’s Los Angeles-based company, has dissolved. Alliance describes the situation as ‘business as usual.’ Damon did not respond to requests for comment.
