The L.A. operations of Alliance Atlantis Communications will be headquartered at a new site – the former home of production company All American in Santa Monica, says AAC Entertainment president Peter Sussman.

The building (reportedly three blocks from the beach) will be home to the roughly 60 l.a.-based employees of the recently merged companies.

Alliance staff are currently housed at a ritzy Beverly Hills address on North Cannon Drive, but Sussman says a move is possible in the near future because the company’s lease is set to expire.

The move for Atlantis employees will be short as Atlantis’ l.a. operations, including its talent management services Alliance Atlantis Management, are presently located on Broadway in Santa Monica.

Meanwhile back in Toronto, company executives are currently shuttling back and forth between Atlantis’ Heward Avenue digs and the Alliance building on Bloor Street East. Corporate management will set up permanent shop on Bloor while the Heward location may be used for production headquarters.
