Ralph C. Ellis Enterprises has streamlined its production and distribution interests under the new umbrella Ellis Entertainment Corporation.

The 35-year-old Toronto company will continue to distribute programs in Canada and worldwide through Ellis Releasing, while the production arm, previously known as KEG Productions, has been renamed Ellis Vision.

Reg McGuire heads up domestic sales for the releasing division; Bailey Daniels is international sales executive responsible for worldwide sales; Michael Steinberg is manager of business affairs for Ellis Entertainment; and Kip Spidell is producer for Ellis Vision.
