Just six months after striking a $100 million six-picture co-financing agreement with Warner Bros. Pictures, Bron Creative, a joint venture between Bron Studios and Creative Wealth Media, has inked a $100 million-plus multi-picture co-financing deal with Metro Goldwyn Mayer (MGM).

Titles under the agreement include MGM’s animated comedy The Addams Family; Legally Blonde 3 starring Reese Witherspoon; Candyman written and produced by Jordan Peele; Respect featuring Academy Award-winner Jennifer Hudson as singer-songwriter Aretha Franklin; heist thriller The Thomas Crown Affair with Michael B. Jordan; and Robocop Returns, directed by District 9‘s Neill Blomkamp. Projects also include Orion Pictures’ Child’s Play, featuring Mark Hamill as the voice of Chucky, Bad Trip starring comedian Eric Andre, and Gretel and Hansel.

Bron Studios’ head Aaron L. Gilbert and Creative Wealth Media’s Jason Cloth will serve as exec producers on all of the films produced through the pact.

Cloth and Richard McConnell negotiated the deal on behalf of Creative Wealth Media, alongside Gilbert for Bron, with the support of Anjay Nagpal and Steven Thibault, and Matthew Erramouspe from O’Melveny & Myers LLP; and for MGM Sarah Madigan, Ted Lim, Matt Davidson and Scott Sebasty negotiated the deal, with support from Latham & Watkins LLP’s Kevin Deutsch and Kendall Johnson for MGM.
