Playback is revitalizing its commercial production coverage and is hereby fading to black with the Commercial Directions feature. However, we encourage Canadian commercial producers to continue to send along news on who-shot-what to help us develop larger stories focusing on selected Canadian shoots. For insight into the spots, Playback will contact relevant production houses, post-production houses and agencies whenever feasible.

As always, Playback welcomes news of any sort from the commercial arena, whether about a big campaign on the horizon or an innovative local shoot. We also look forward to going on set, as many producers have expressed interest in having us look on.

**Please note we are willing to coordinate our publication dates with a spot’s airdate or a campaign launch date, if that means we can talk to the commercial community about more of its work. In other words, we will be happy to embargo information about marketing strategies, creative direction and the story of the production if that information cannot be published ahead of an airdate.
