Long-time William F. White exec Paul Roscorla is stepping down from his role as EVP and COO.
Roscorla (pictured left) will remain with Whites as an executive consultant and continue to provide mentorship and strategic guidance.
Roscorla is a fixture of the WFW business, having been at the company for over 40 years. He took the top job in 2011, overseeing the company’s national operations and reporting to WFW/Comweb head Paul Bronfman. In a memo to staff, Bronfman expressed his thanks for Roscorla’s service.
“Paul Roscorla has been a colleague and friend for over 30 years. Words alone cannot truly express my gratitude and admiration for the job he has done,” he wrote. “I for one will continue to use Paul’s valuable insight and experience to help me as CEO.”
Filling Roscorla’s post is another veteran Whites exec, Garin Josey (pictured left), who takes on the title of EVP and COO. Josey, who first joined Whites Vancouver in 2000, will be responsible for WFW’s national operations, growth and development.
Whites has also promoted Trevor Huys to VP, Whites Camera; Barrie Wells to VP, Whites Specialty Equipment; and Jim Wilson to VP, National Rental Inventory. All three will report directly to Josey.
As VP of Whites Camera, Huys will be responsible for all aspects of the division as it continues to expand nationally. Since Whites Camera’s creation in 2015, he has served on the division’s senior leadership team as director, technical services and operations.
Also in his new role as VP of Whites Specialty Equipment, Wells will continue to oversee the specialty equipment division, while managing operations, inventory, sales initiatives and working closely with Josey and the VP team.
Finally, Wilson will manage inventory control procedures on a national level alongside other members of the team.
