DHX Media has sold Spanish versions of 10 kids shows and movies to Amazon Prime Video’s U.S. streaming service, for an Oct. 4 rollout.

The deal includes Bob the Builder season two, Bob the Builder: Mega Machines, Fireman Sam season seven, Strawberry Shortcake: Sky’s the Limit, Sonic the Hedgehog season one, Super Mario World season one, Busy World of Richard Scarry season five, Madeline (pictured) season one, Paddington’s Birthday Bonanza and Sabrina the Animated Series season 2.

The SVOD service has been active in kids content lately, recently appointing Zodiak Kids to manage the linear broadcast rights for 17 of its original children’s series and holiday specials.

Earlier this week DHX announced that it had co-commissioned a new animated series, Rev & Roll (52 x 11 minutes), with China-based The Alpha Group. The project will air on Family Jr. and Jiajia, with production slated to begin this fall.
