The National Screen Institute – Canada has put out a call for directors who wish to participate in its directors workshops. Workshops take place in Regina and Winnipeg, Oct. 23-25. Deadline for registration is Oct. 6.

The NSI Drama Prize program is currently taking entries from short filmmakers wishing to participate in next year’s program, which gives filmmaking teams across the country the resources to make a short film. Deadline for entries is Nov. 6.
