The nominees for the 16th annual ACTRA Awards in Toronto are out, with two separate nods for Tatiana Maslany.

Maslany, who is nominated for her multiple roles in Orphan Black, also secured a nomination for outstanding performance by a female for her role in Ben Lewis’ short drama Apart from Everything. 

She’ll compete against Sarah Gadon, who played the lead role of Grace in CBC’s Alias Grace, as well as veteran actress Sheila McCarthy, who played Valerie Walker in the dramatic feature Cardinals, and Kristin Booth as Ethel Kennedy in the Reelz Channel miniseries The Kennedys After Camelot. 

Competing for best performance by a male are Richard Clarkin, who starred as Morgan in Arturo Pérez Torres’s dramatic feature The Drawer Boy, and his costar in the film, Stuart Hughes, nominated for his role as Angus. Kim’s Convenience star Paul Sun-Hyung Lee was also nominated, alongside Split Seconds’ Tony Nappo (for his role as Quinn Diaz), and Ronnie Rowe Jr. who played the titular role in Black Cop. 

In the voice category, The Breadwinner‘s Saara Chaudry secured a nomination for her work as Parvana in the animated feature. David Berni was nominated for his voice work as Hector in the DHX Media TV series Cloudy with a Chance of Meatballs, while Cory Doran (Donny in 9 Story’s 3 Amigonauts), Colin Doyle (Bill in Radical Sheep’s Fangbone) and Carter Hayden (Klaus in Nelvana’s Hotel Transylvania) also received nods. 

The casts of four CBC series were nominated for the Members’ Choice Series Ensemble. The stars of Baroness Von Sketch, Kim’s Convenience, Murdoch Mysteries and Schitt’s Creek will go up against the talent of Space’s Orphan Black, which completed its fifth and final season last summer.

Lastly, the Toronto Stunt Award nominees are Hubert Boorder and Max White, Shara Kim, Angelica Lisk-Hann
Chris Mark and James Mark, and John Stead.

The awards will be presented at a gala ceremony hosted by Colin Mochrie at The Carlu on Feb. 24.
