Elevation Pictures has inked an agreement with Toronto-based indie distributor ABMO Films to distribute ABMO’s slate through a multi-year output deal.

ABMO co-presidents Alex Bronfman and Matt Orenstein negotiated the deal with Elevation Pictures co-president Noah Segal. The first film involved in the agreement is ABMO’s February, which the company acquired following its screening at TIFF ’15.

The U.S./Canada copro is directed by Osgood Perkins and stars Emma Roberts, Kiernan Shipka and Lucy Boynton.

The rights to the film were picked up by A24 and DirecTV in the U.S., where the film is scheduled for it theatrical release in 2016.
