Dave Hamilton, most recently an SVP at Leopard USA, is moving to Cineflix Media in September as EVP of development.
Hamilton, to be based out of the Montreal-headquartered company’s New York City office, will oversee unscripted development across all platforms in the U.S., Canada, and for the global market.
Prior to his role at Leopard USA, where he oversaw such series as House Hunters International and Man Caves, he was a VP of development at Endemol in New York, developing and overseeing such formats as Treasure Detective and Freakshow. Before that post, he was VP of development and production at VH1, working on such series as Tool Academy and Scream Queens. He’d also worked as a co-executive producer on Michael Moore’s series The Awful Truth.
Hamilton will report to Cineflix Media co-founders and CEOs Glen Salzman and Katherine Buck, and will work closely with president of production Charles Tremayne and EVP of production and programming, Kim Bondi.
