Corus Studios is extending its partnership with Canadian actor, model and animal activist Pamela Anderson with the launch of a new culinary series, Pamela’s Cooking with Love (w/t), which will premiere in 2024 on Food Network Canada.
Pamela’s Cooking with Love finds B.C.-born Anderson (pictured) looking to learn more about the culinary world by working with a variety of influential chefs to develop plant-based menus, gather diverse ingredients, and prepare meals and moments for her friends and family.
The 8 x 60-minute series is produced by Vancouver and L.A.-based Fireworks Media Group, and is set to begin production this summer. Jesse Fawcett, Brandon Thomas Lee, and Robert Hardy serve as executive producers, along with Anderson herself.
The announcement of the cooking title was accompanied by the news that Fireworks’ previous Anderson series, the in-production Pamela’s Garden of Eden, has been confirmed for a second season. Corus Studios will distribute both series internationally.
Lisa Godfrey, SVP of original content and Corus Studios, in a statement that “Pamela’s Cooking with Love is the perfect companion series to Pamela’s Garden of Eden” and will help the studio build a “premium library of content for the global market.”
Anderson is represented by L.A.-based agency APA.
