Vancouver-based Great Pacific Media has elevated execs Lindsay Macadam (pictured right) and Todd Serotiuk (pictured left) in a bid to “strengthen its leadership team.”
The Thunderbird Entertainment-owned unscripted arm has promoted Macadam to EVP to lead the prodco’s business development and partnerships, reporting to GPM president David Way.
Macadam most recently served as SVP of content and business development at GPM, and has led the company’s foray into scripted content since joining in 2019. She is a lead executive producer on the upcoming Syfy, Hulu and Prime Video drama Reginald the Vampire and led the creation of GPM’s strategic partnership with unscripted producer Sean Connolly via his Original Content Lab.
Serotiuk has been named VP, creative, to oversee the executive and creative direction on projects in development. He reports to both Macadam and Way. Serotiuk spent six seasons as showrunner and executive producer on Heavy Rescue: 401, as well as two seasons of Highway Thru Hell, with more than two decades of experience in unscripted and documentary.
Parentco Thunderbird has also promoted Lori Massini to SVP of legal and business affairs, overseeing a legal team that works across kids and family division Atomic Cartoons and its distribution arm. Massini reports to Sarah Nathanson, COO and general counsel.
Way said the promotions are “significant for GPM and its continued success” following a “banner year” of new series and renewals, in a statement.
