BBC Studios adds two directors to T.O. team

Jodi Mackie and Brad Horvath will manage content sales and identify copro opportunities for the British producer/distributor.

The British producer/distributor has added Jodi Mackie, formerly of D360, and promoted Brad Horvath, who previously served as content sales manager.

Reporting to Michael L Smith, SVP of TV sales and coproductions, Mackie and Horvath will manage content sales to clients in both English- and French-speaking Canada, as well as identify and secure coproduction opportunities.

Mackie spent 10 years as director of international sales and acquisitions at Breakthrough Entertainment before moving to D360 in November of last year.

Horvath has worked at BBC Studios for the past four years, joining the Toronto office as a senior sales coordinator. Prior to that he worked at Cineflix in Toronto as a sales and acquisitions executive.
