The announcement comes as Bron eyes expansion in both the U.S. and Canada, with the Vancouver-headquartered company poised to launch a TV division out of its Los Angeles office.

Based in Vancouver, Guralnick is responsible for corporate operations and management of Bron’s various entertainment businesses. He will report to president and CEO Aaron L. Gilbert.

A veteran of both the entertainment and tech industries, Guralnick served as general counsel of cloud-based customer intelligence platform Vision Critical. Prior to this, he led the entertainment practice at Goodmans LLP in Vancouver, where he represented Canadian and U.S. producers and studios for features and TV.

Bron also fortified its legal ranks with the hire of Toronto-based attorney Adam Davids and New York-based attorney David Davoli. Both have been given the title SVP, business affairs and will report to Guralnick.

Last week Bron announced that it had signed on to produce its latest feature film, Assassination Nation, written and directed by Sam Levinson. Bron is producing alongside L.A.-based Foxtail Entertainment and David Samuel Goyer’s Phantom Four, in association with Creative Wealth Media.
