Force Four Entertainment has upped Laurie Case to the newly created position of SVP.
Case has worked with the Vancouver-based production company since 2010 and most recently served as the series producer on Border Security: Canada’s Front Line and Border Security: America’s Front Line.
Throughout her near-25 year career, Case has worked with production companies such as Lightship Entertainment and Paperny Entertainment on projects for CBC, Discovery, and National Geographic.
Case’s promotion comes after president Rob Bromley earlier this year made the decision to retire after 26 years with the company. Force Four, which was acquired by eOne in summer 2014, will continue to be lead by CCO John Ritchie and COO Gillian Lowrey.
Among Force Four’s recent credits are hospital-based docuseries Keeping Canada Alive, which debuted on CBC in 2015. The prodco also recently inked a deal with ITV Studios Global Entertainment for the rights to the new Channel 4 UK fixed-rig reality series The Job Interview.
