9 Story has sold a trio of its preschool properties overseas, with Daniel Tiger’s Neighbourhood, Nerds and Monsters and Numb Chucks all headed to broadcasters in the U.K.

Season two of Slap Happy Cartoons’ Nerds and Monsters (40 x 11 minutes) was acquired by CiTV, while Cartoonito UK picked up Daniel Tiger’s Neighbourhood (52 x 11 minutes),and Sony Pictures Television’s Kix channel took season one of Numb Chucks (52 x 11 minutes).

CiTV acquired the first season of Nerds in May 2014, and the season was also previously sold to ABC TV Australia, as well as TVE (Spain), Canal+ Family (France and Africa), E-Junior (UAE), Noga (Isreal) and MBC Kids (Middle East).

Daniel Tiger’s Neighbourhood, which is coproduced by The Fred Rogers Company, 9 Story Media Group and New York-based Out of the Blue, was greenlit to a third season in July 2015.

The second season of Numb Chucks, produced by 9 Story, was licensed to Disney Channels Asia in November 2015.
