Held at the TIFF Bell Lightbox last week, the annual Cineplex Entertainment Film Program Showcase screened teasers of 15 in-development projects created by residents of the Canadian Film Centre’s Cineplex Entertainment Film Program. The event saw five directors, five producers and five writers debut their teasers to a packed house in the Lightbox’s cinema two. The participants worked on the teasers for six weeks, and will serve as promotional pieces for in-development feature projects. Following the hour-long screening, the crowd moved across the street to the Studio Event Theatre to raise a glass to celebrate the achievements of the latest class of the program, which is the CFC’s oldest (and launched by founder Norman Jewison).
Below are a selection of photos from the event.
