A Will Sasso project is in development with Bell Media, a spokesperson confirmed with Playback Daily.

The confirmation followed tweets from the Canadian actor and Much Digital Studios personality JusReign indicating they were working on a project together yesterday. Sasso tweeted a photo of himself with Singh in the background alongside the text: “Working with my old favorites and my new favorites. @JusReign @AlexBorstein #GarryCampbell @KaylaLorette @TommyBlacha.”

JusReign (given name: Jasmeet Singh) also tweeted: “Used to watch mad TV every saturday growing up now I’m creating in the same writing room with them.”

Referenced in the tweet were actress Alex Borstein, actress Kayla Lorette and comedy writers Tommy Blacha and Garry Campbell. Canadian comedian Sasso was a regular on MADtv throughout the late 1990s through to 2009. Borstein was also a regular on MADtv around that time, with Campbell writing on the show.
