Former Breakthrough Entertainment distribution exec Kate Blank has landed at Blue Ant Media, expanding its recently launched international distribution arm.

Blank becomes director, international sales at Blue Ant, overseeing catalogue licensing sales in the Asia-Pacific region, German-speaking territories, the Middle East and eastern Europe.

Previously, Blank was director of international distribution at Breakthrough, where she oversaw distribution and licensing across all genres.

Her hire at Blue Ant Media was announced by Solange Attwood, SVP international.

Blue Ant’s international division has a catalog  of about 1,500 hours of factual, lifestyle, reality, documentary series and formats.
