Harold Crooks’ The Price We Pay documentary has sold to France.

Filmoption International sold the expose of offshore tax havens to French distributor ARP.

The deal followed the film’s world premiere at the Toronto International Film Festival on Sept. 5 as part of the TIFF Docs sidebar.

The sales agreement was negotiated by Andrew Noble and Alexandra Wermester of Filmoption International and Laurent Pétin and Michèle Halberstadt of ARP.

ARP plans a 2015 release for the Canadian film.
