DirecTV renews Vancouver-shot Rogue for third season

U.S. satellite TV platform DirecTV has ordered another 20 episodes of the Vancouver-shot drama Rogue.

DirecTV ordered an extended third season of its first scripted drama from Entertainment One, to be divided into two tranches of 10 episodes each.

The suspense drama also airs in Canada on The Movie Network and Movie Central.

The first 10 episodes of Rogue‘s super-sized third season will air in spring 2015, after production resumes in January 2015.

The remaining 10 episodes will air in 2016.

Thandie Newton and Cole Hauser will reprise their lead roles in the suspense drama

Created by Matthew Parkhill, Rogue is executive produced by John Morayniss and Michael Rosenberg for eOne, and Parkhill and Nick Hamm for Momentum TV.

eOne handles the worldwide rights to the series.
