Six Canadian web series have been accepted to the Marseille Web Fest, an international festival for dramatic web series that screens 25 series from around the world over Oct. 17 and Oct. 18.
The Canadian entries into this year’s festival include Insight Production’s But I’m Chris Jericho!, Productions Kebweb.tv’s Manigances: notice rouge II, Productions Babel’s Project-M and Guidestone Production Inc.’s Guidestones: Sunflower Black.
The three other Canadian web series that will be featured in the Marseille Web Fest are Michaelle en Sacrament, directed by Herve Baillargeon and produced by Frederique Elisabeth St-Pierre, La Chienne, directed by Sebastien Landry and Laurence Baz Morais, and the U.K.-Canada coproduction SOS: Save Our Skins. SOS: Save Our Skins is produced by produced by Canada’s Farmhouse Productions, Duopoly and Smiley Guy, and the U.K.’s Steve Coogan and Henry Normal’s Baby Cow Productions.
