Cameras roll on season four of Lost Girl

Toronto-based Prodigy Pictures has begun production on season four of supernatural drama Lost Girl.

Guest stars George Takei, Mia Kirshner and Ali Liebert are on board the 13-episode fourth season, shooting in and around Toronto.

The series stars Anna Silk as a succubus heroine uncovering the ancient origins of the Fae world and and confronting the Fae’s challenges and enemies.

The Lost Girl ensemble cast also includes Ksenia Solo, Kris Holden-Ried, Zoie Palmer, Rick Howland, K.C. Collins, Paul Amos and Emmanuelle Vaugier.

The fourth season of the series, which also airs on Syfy stateside, is slated to premiere on Showcase this fall.

Lost Girl was developed and is produced by Prodigy Pictures in association with Shaw Media. Jay Firestone and Emily Andras are exec producers, with Vanessa Piazza and Wendy Grean producing.

Lost Girl is produced with funding from the Canada Media Fund and federal and provincial tax credits.
