Anaïs Barbeau-Lavalette’s Inch’Allah is to receive an international premiere at the Berlin Film Festival as part of its Panorama sidebar.
The Quebec picture, produced by micro_scope, portrays a young Canadian obstetrician working in a makeshift clinic in a Palestinian refugee camp in the West Bank.
Inch’Allah had its world premiere in Toronto, and stars Evelyne Brochu, Sabrina Ouazani, Yousef Sweid, Sivan Levy, Carlo Brandt.
Additional Canadian titles are expected to be confirmed for Berlin in the coming weeks.
