Solange Attwood has been promoted to VP international sales and development at lifestyle and documentary indie production company Si Entertainment, company president and exec producer Frank Halbert announced Thursday.

“Solange has done an amazing job creating our catalogue from the ground up. Our distribution arm is only two years in and we already have over 400 hours of top tier programming and expanding into more genres all the time,” said Halbert in a statement. “We really look ‘out of the box’ in how we structure deals with producers and buyers and Solange has been instrumental in our success to date.”

Attwood was previously Director of Sales for the company’s distribution division, which launched in 2010. Previous to working at Si, which produces lifestyle and documentary content, Attwood was sales and acquisitions manager at Tricon Films & Television.
