The paparazzi will also train their cameras on Ken Scott, Léa Pool, Leonard Farlinger, Mary Harron, Mike Clattenburg, Mike Dowse and Nicholas Pye.

And tub-thumping for their latest projects will be Peter Lynch, Philippe Falardeau, Sarah Polley, Corey Monteith, Russell Peters, Eugene Levy, Randall Cole, Mia Kirshner, Hallie Switzer and Jacob Switzer.

The strong Quebec film contingent in Toronto is to include Guy Edoin, Luc Picard, Marc-André Grondin, François Papineau,  Gabriel Maillé, Antoine Bertrand and Julie Le Breton.

And not likely to be lost in the Hollywood glitz in Toronto are homegrown stars Christopher Plummer, Elias Koteas, Jason Reitman, Jay Baruchel, rocker Neil Young, the subject of another Jonathan Demme concert movie, Pascale Bussières, Patrick Huard, Ryan Gosling, Scott Speedman, Seth Rogen and newcomer Sarah Gadon.
