Canuck actor Marco Grazzini will be taking up a series lead role in the upcoming ABC pilot Poe.

Grazzini (Nikita, XIII, Being Erica, Connor Undercover) will be stepping into the role of Alexander Shelton in the drama that revolves around detective Edgar Allan Poe as he delves into 19th century Boston mysteries.

The series is directed by West Wing executive producer Alex Graves.

Grazzini is repped by Toronto’s Ambition Talent.
