NBC Universal’s USA Network has ordered a pilot from executive producer Ken Hanes (The Listener, Til Death Do Us Part, Sue Thomas: F.B.Eye).

Hanes and his wife Mary have created Eden, a one-hour drama from Universal Cable Productions that takes place in an elite New York City hotel where a concierge and his con-artist cousin provide the guests whatever they desire.

He’s set to begin pre-production on the pilot and will head into production in March 2011. A filming location has not yet been determined, though Toronto is rumored to be among the choices.

Hanes, a dual citizen of the U.S. and Canada, splits his time between the two countries. He’s also recently sold an unnamed pilot to Shaw Media.
