Hulu picks up Cock’d Gunns

The satirical ‘rockumentary’ Cock’d Gunns is now available to U.S. viewers via online video service Hulu, which has picked up the 13-part series from Toronto’s Tricon Films & Television.

The award-winning series, which aired in Canada on IFC and Showcase in 2007-08, follows the members of fictional rock band Cock’d Gunns as they try to become the biggest band in the world. The series was created by and stars Brooks Gray, Morgan Waters, Andy King and Leo Scherman. The group was approached to develop the series after starring in the popular MuchMusic prank show Screwed Over.

The Hulu website offers ad-supported streaming video of TV shows and movies from various networks and studios.
