Ian Brennan, the co-creator and writer of the popular musical comedy Glee, has joined the speaker roster at next month’s Banff World Television Festival.

The announcement comes on the heels of Fox greenlighting the series for a third season before season two has even gone to air. Glee continues to be a top-performer for the U.S. broadcaster and Global.

Brennan will be sharing his success story on Wednesday, June 16th, which also happened to be his first move into TV writing, inspired by his own high school choir experience. He co-created Glee with Brad Falchuk and Ryan Murphy.

The festival runs June 13-16.
